Job summary

SIPM CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent project coordinator on site in Singapore to oversee design-to-implementation phases. You will supervise on-site works, ensure contractual and design compliance, and assemble drawing packages for bids and construction releases.

The role involves coordinating with architectural, civil, structural, electrical and mechanical teams, managing schedules and safety records, and ensuring smooth handovers to clients. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Min. Degree in Architectural, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management or other construction and engineering related qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept to implementation, testing, handover as well as maintenance.
• Assist the Consultants (Architectural, Civil & Structural Engineering and Mechanical & Electrical Engineering) as overall coordinator of the project on site, to supervise all works on site and ensure compliance with all contract and design requirements.
• Assemble bid, approval, and construction issue drawing packages.
• Direct and/or participate in job site visits to collect or deliver design and engineering data;
• Proper hand-over of completed installation to clients.
• Estimate, develop and manage construction schedule, method statement, and temporary plan.
• Manage extensive and independent contact with clients, vendor’s representatives and project field personnel.
• Researching suitable solutions and estimating costs and timescales.
• Ensure that proper site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as built submissions etc., are well managed.
