Job summary

SINWAH-APAC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Engineer/Project Coordinator to plan and coordinate construction projects in Singapore.

You will be in charge of scheduling, site coordination, and ensuring work progresses according to contract specifications. Reporting to the Project Director/Manager, you will liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and vendors, prepare progress reports, monitor costs, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with a Main Contractor / Builder.
• 6 days work week.
• Good personality, responsible, able to meet deadlines, good team player.
• Professional degree or diploma in construction management or equivalent.
• Out-spoken with presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Project, AutoCAD etc.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate projects as Site Engineer/Project Coordinator.
• Report to Project Director / Project Manager.
• Liaise with Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Vendors to ensure timely completion of quality works.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to consultants and clients.
• Monitor project costs including variation works.
• Ensure workers adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and work with other departments and Vendors.
• Ensure Quality Documentation is implemented and maintained.
• Manage project and ensure successful completion and handover to Clients.
• Other duties as assigned by Project Director/Project Manager.
