Job summary

ENCORA TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Junior PMO Analyst to support governance, reporting, and project administration across multiple programs in Singapore.

You will help maintain schedules, trackers, and documentation, prepare status reports and presentations, and track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions to closure. Strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO or project governance environments.
• Ability to prepare project reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with RAID logs and governance artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in project coordination and administrative activities.
• Maintain project schedules, trackers, dashboards, and document repositories.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, governance packs, and management presentations.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Assist with resource onboarding, offboarding, and allocation tracking.
• Coordinate project meetings, record minutes, and track actions to closure.
• Update project financials, effort tracking, and budget information.
• Ensure project documentation complies with PMO standards.
• Monitor project health indicators and elevate concerns as needed.
• Support audit, compliance, and governance activities.
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and consolidate project updates.
