Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is hiring for an entry-level Merchandise & Inventory role based in a central location. Training is provided, and the position supports stock management, e-commerce, and retail operations across stores and online channels.

You will gain exposure to inventory controls, merchandising, and website/product data tasks while working in a collaborative team environment with regular store and logistics coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Experience in fashion merchandising, inventory management, e-commerce or retail operations will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Shopify POS, Stocky, Katana or other inventory management systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive stock deliveries from production and verify quantities and documentation to ensure accurate stock records.
• Generate and print product barcodes and prepare merchandise for retail distribution.
• Coordinate stock packing and ensure products are correctly tagged and labelled.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy across retail stores and e-commerce channels.
• Coordinate stock transfers, product replenishment and store deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock movement documentation and system updates.
• Process and monitor online orders to support timely order fulfilment and delivery.
• Update website product listings and maintain accurate product information in the relevant systems.
• Prepare and update sales, inventory and merchandising reports.
• Assist with analysing sales performance, inventory levels and stock movement trends.
• Assist with production orders, trim procurement and production preparation activities.
• Work with retail teams to ensure merchandise presentation follows brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
• Support collection launches, seasonal campaigns, sample sales, fairs and promotional events.
• Coordinate with logistics, retail, design and marketing teams to support smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Scope
