Job summary

ELUSH (T3) PTE. LTD. is seeking a results‑driven Merchandising Specialist to manage day‑to‑day planning, replenishment, and assortment for consumer electronics and IT accessories in Singapore.

You will apply AI‑assisted tools to optimise demand forecasting, inventory levels, and promotional campaigns. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to boost sell‑through, monitor stock coverage, track orders, and maintain accurate merchandising data in line with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant merchandising experience in consumer electronics or IT products.
• Diploma in a related discipline or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Good communication and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising planning and execution including replenishment, forecasting, promotions, and vendor rebates follow-up.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to support replenishment planning and inventory optimisation.
• Drive sell-through performance with vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor inventory across outlets and ensure optimal stock levels and assortment.
• Track purchase orders, fulfilment, and incoming shipments for continuous supply.
• Monitor supplier performance on availability, fulfilment, and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and merchandising databases per SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Merchandising Planning & Execution:Execute day-to-day merchandising activities, including product replenishment, demand forecasting, promotional and campaign planning, and follow-up on vendor claims and rebates.

• AI-Assisted Merchandising & Process Improvement:Leverage AI-powered tools to support replenishment planning, inventory optimisation, and merchandising analysis. Review and validate system recommendations using business knowledge and operational insights and provide feedback to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the system.

• Sales & Sell-Through Performance:Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive product sell-through, improve sales performance, and support business objectives.

• Inventory & Stock Management:Monitor inventory levels and product availability across retail outlets, ensuring optimal stock levels, adequate product assortment, and sufficient stock coverage to support business needs.

• Supply & Order Management:Track purchase orders, order fulfilment, and incoming shipments to ensure timely deliveries and maintain continuous product supply for retail operations.

• Supplier Performance Management:Monitor supplier performance, focusing on product availability, order fulfilment, replenishment reliability, and inventory efficiency.

• Inventory Data & Reporting:Maintain accurate inventory records and merchandising databases in accordance with company SOPs, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.

• Other Duties:Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in consumer electronics, IT products, or accessories merchandising.

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline or an equivalent qualification.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in using data and AI-powered tools to improve merchandising decisions and processes.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with inventory reports and data analysis.
