Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, replenishment and stock movement across outlets and warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions and records in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with Retail and Warehouse teams to resolve stock discrepancies and improve operational efficiency.
- Support stock takes, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate shipping, logistics and delivery arrangements when required.
2. Purchasing & Order Coordination
- Process customer custom orders and submit orders to vendors accurately and promptly.
- Follow up with suppliers on order status, ETA, shipments and fulfilment issues.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely order fulfilment.
3. Product & Warranty Claims
- Handle product and warranty claims, including product assessment and verification of claim eligibility.
- Coordinate with vendors on returns, replacements, repairs and compensation.
- Monitor ageing stock and take preventive measures to minimise product deterioration and losses.
- Manage salvageable items and spare parts, including repair, cleaning, storage and disposal in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate claim records and documentation.
4. ESG & Sustainability
- Support the company's ESG & sustainability initiatives.
- Collect and analyse data related to energy consumption, emissions, waste and water management.
- Support environmental programmes, recycling, CSR and other sustainability initiatives.
- Work with Operations, Procurement, HR and Facilities teams on sustainability activities.
5. Reporting, Compliance & Documentation
- Prepare inventory, stock movement and operational reports using Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Maintain accurate records for inventory, stock takes, claims and audits.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
6. General & Cross-Functional Support
- Provide operational support during sales events and company activities.
- Collaborate with Retail, Warehouse, Operations, vendors and HQ to support business requirements.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, purchasing, logistics or operations support is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work on Public Holidays and during company events when required, with Off-in-Lieu provided.
