Artcammy Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage studio and onsite event operations for weddings and styling projects. You will coordinate decoration setup, prepare packing lists, maintain stock, and ensure timely delivery of materials aligned with every event schedule.
Responsibilities include inventory checks, storage organization, and close collaboration with styling and floral teams to ensure flawless execution and post-event wrap-up.
Artcammy is a bespoke wedding styling and floral artistry studio based in Singapore. Founded by a florist trained at McQueens and in Ikebana Sogetsu, and specialising in both fresh and faux floral work, Artcammy started out creating custom bridal bouquets before growing into full wedding styling services.
The team has now styled over 500 weddings and crafted more than 1,000 bridal bouquets across Singapore. Artcammy also works closely with a curated network of wedding vendors — photographers, planners, bridal boutiques, and more — to bring each couple's vision to life.

Coordinate the preparation and movement of wedding decorations, equipment and event materials
Prepare event packing lists and ensure all required items are ready before each event
Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks for props, equipment and decorative materials
Organise and maintain proper storage of event materials in the studio
Coordinate event logistics and ensure materials are prepared according to the event schedule
Support onsite wedding setup, including arrangement of backdrops, floral structures and decorative elements
Work closely with the styling and floral teams to ensure event requirements are properly executed
Assist with post-event dismantling and ensure all equipment and materials are accounted for
Identify damaged, missing or low-stock items and arrange for replenishment where required
Support general event operations and logistics coordination
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Events Management, Business or a related discipline
Comfortable with both studio-based operations and onsite event support
Able to work weekends and flexible event hours according to event schedules
Able to assist with moving and handling event materials when required
