Job summary

Artcammy Singapore, a bespoke wedding styling and floral artistry studio, is seeking a client-focused salesperson to grow wedding projects. You will handle enquiries, conduct online consultations and site visits, and translate concepts into proposals and quotes for couples planning their weddings.

Coordinate with floral, styling and operations teams; manage multiple weddings and secure bookings, while maintaining accurate client records and budgets. Hybrid work arrangement offered in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the wedding or bridal industry.
• Experience in wedding sales, planning, styling or events is preferred.
• Experience in client consultation and sales follow-up.
• Experience in preparing proposals and quotations.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from couples for wedding floral and styling services.
• Conduct online consultations, client meetings and venue site visits.
• Understand clients’ wedding concepts, requirements and budget.
• Recommend suitable floral and styling solutions based on client requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentation materials.
• Follow up with prospective clients and secure confirmed wedding projects.
• Coordinate confirmed requirements with the floral, styling and operations teams.
• Manage multiple wedding projects and ensure smooth handover before event preparation.
• Maintain proper records of client requirements, quotations and confirmed event details.
