Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT procurement, contract management or vendor management.
• Knowledge of IT contracts, licensing, service agreements and procurement processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of risk management principles and ability to identify and mitigate contract risks.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate IT contracts with suppliers on IT initiatives.
• Work in close collaboration with strategic sourcing and procurement colleagues, group legal and IT stakeholders to protect and optimize value from the supply market.
• Ensure compliance to policies, process standards and guidelines.
• Provide advice on contracts, explain impact of contract gaps and mitigate contract risks to stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure the right risk culture through strong communication lines with stakeholders and colleagues.
