Job summary

D L RESOURCES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented procurement administrator to support IT contract review and vendor management. You will work with Procurement, Legal and IT teams to ensure contracts align with policies and risk controls while gaining exposure to the procurement process.

Fresh graduates are welcome; diplomas or degrees in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance or IT are preferred.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates welcome; relevant experience in procurement, contract management or vendor management considered.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT or relevant fields.
Interest in IT procurement and willingness to learn about procurement processes within the banking industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organised and able to work well with different teams.
Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
Prior internship or experience would be advantageous (not essential).

Responsibilities

Support the review and negotiation of IT contracts with suppliers.
Work closely with Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Legal and IT teams on procurement and contract matters.
Assist in ensuring contracts and procurement activities comply with relevant policies, processes and guidelines.
Support the review of contract terms and identification of potential risks or gaps.
Work with stakeholders to address contract-related matters and provide support where required.
Maintain proper documentation and support day-to-day procurement and vendor management activities.
Support other procurement-related tasks and projects as required.
