Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR support professional to assist the HR Business Partner team with day-to-day HR activities for assigned business units. The role covers manpower planning, headcount tracking, and workforce reporting, as well as coordinating onboarding, internal movements, transfers and exits.

You will support performance management, talent management, and other HR exercises, while preparing consolidated HR reports and data.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Business Partner team in providing day to day HR support to assigned business units.
• Assist with manpower planning, headcount tracking and workforce related reporting.
• Support employee lifecycle matters including onboarding, internal movements, transfers and exits.
• Assist in coordinating performance management, talent management and other HR exercises.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of HR reports, presentations and manpower data.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and other HR specialist teams on recruitment and employee related matters.
• Assist with employee queries and ensure matters are followed up with the relevant HR stakeholders.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with internal policies.
