Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR professional to provide comprehensive support across the employee lifecycle in Singapore. The role focuses on timely and accurate HR processes, data handling, and stakeholder communications.

You will manage recruitment and onboarding tasks, schedule interviews, issue offers, conduct screenings, and coordinate post-employment activities, including work passes and transfers. The position requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support and ensure prompt, smooth execution of the employee life cycle activities.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding administration including interview scheduling, offer letters, and screenings.
• Initiate post-employment screenings and highlight discrepancies to HR Business Partners.
• Handle staff movements such as transfers, secondments, conversions, re-employment, and cessation.
• Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and dependents.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and timely document storage.
• Respond timely to employees and stakeholders and assist ex-staff reference checks.
• Take on any other duties or projects assigned.

Job description

• You will provide professional support and ensure prompt and smooth execution of the employee life cycle activities, adhering to the local regulations and company’s policies.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding administration process including interview scheduling, employee screenings, issuance of offer letters, employee declaration etc.
• Initiate post‑employment screenings and highlight discrepancies flagged out in screening reports to the respective HR Business Partners.
• Manage other staff movement activities such as transfers, secondment, conversions of employment types, re‑employment, and cessation of employment.
• Manage activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers where required.
• Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and/or dependents.
• Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems.
• Ensure timely storage of employee documents.
• Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to employees and stakeholders.
• Provide support to the ex‑staff reference check process.
• Any other duties or projects assigned.
