Responsibilities

• Collaborate with heads of departments, COO and CEO to identify AI opportunities across the company.
• Build and maintain automations and AI workflows with tools like n8n, Make, and Zapier.
• Propose AI enablement across content, hiring, operations, finance, and customer workflows.
• Audit processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement AI-driven improvements.
• Improve hiring pipelines, content workflows, reporting, and data processing with AI.
• Prototype, test, and deploy new AI tools while staying on the cutting edge.
• Create documentation, SOPs and training materials for teams.
• Stay updated on AI developments and present actionable ideas.
• Translate departmental challenges into actionable AI-powered solutions.
• Develop internal tools and dashboards to enhance company operations.

AI-enable an entire company from the inside out. Build automations, workflows, and systems that make every department faster, smarter, and more efficient.

Virtual / Remote

6 days/week (Sun off)

8am — 5pm IST

Heads up: This is a hands-on AI implementation role, not a research or theoretical AI role. Candidates who cannot demonstrate real automations, workflows, or AI implementations they have built will not be considered. We are looking for someone who has already been doing this because they cannot help themselves, not someone who wants to start learning. Claude Code proficiency is a non-negotiable requirement.

What You\'ll Do

• • Work closely with department heads, the COO, and the CEO to identify where AI can improve operations, speed, quality, and decision-making across the company
• • Build and maintain automations and workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, custom API integrations, and AI-powered pipelines
• • Suggest and implement AI enablement across every department: content, media, hiring, operations, finance, and customer-facing workflows
• • Audit existing company processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose AI-driven solutions that save time, reduce errors, or improve output quality
• • Improve internal systems such as hiring pipelines, content workflows, reporting, data processing, and knowledge management using AI tools
• • Prototype, test, and deploy new AI tools and integrations as they become available, keeping the company at the cutting edge
• • Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials so the rest of the team can use the automations and AI tools you build
• • Stay on top of every new AI development, tool release, model update, and use case, and proactively bring relevant ideas to the team
• • Help department heads solve operational problems by translating their challenges into AI-powered workflows and automations
• • Build internal tools, dashboards, or agents that make the company operate more intelligently

What We\'re Looking For

• • 2 to 3+ years of hands-on experience building automations, AI workflows, or AI implementations in a real business or professional context
• • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal — able to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical team members
• • Deep understanding of how AI can be implemented within companies to improve operations, not just surface-level prompting but real workflow design and systems thinking
• • Strong ability to understand logic, processes, and how different parts of a business connect, so you can design automations that actually work end-to-end
• • Ability to work across departments, understand different team needs, and translate operational problems into AI-powered solutions
• • Genuine, overwhelming passion for AI. You follow AI news daily, you test new tools on your own time, you build things for fun. You think about leverage all day long and see AI as the unfair advantage you have always been looking for. This is not optional.
• • Comfortable working directly with management in a fast-moving, AI-first company with international operations
• • Systems thinker with an agency mindset who loves vibe coding. You see the gap, you build the fix, you ship it. You do not wait to be told what to automate or improve.
