Responsibilities

• Support the trade lifecycle of cash equities transactions including allocation, pre-matching and settlement/fails management.
• Assist client onboarding and account maintenance to ensure a seamless post-trade experience.
• Handle queries from clients and internal stakeholders with timely follow-up.
• Perform operational checks to identify and mitigate risks.
• Review change requests ensuring accuracy and adherence to processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Middle Office, Technology, Compliance and Client Integration teams to resolve issues.
• Provide operational support for Stock Connect / China Northbound trading activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support automation initiatives.
• Assist with process enhancements, new product initiatives and market-entry activities.
