ZEN CAREER PTE. LTD. in Hillview is seeking Diploma holders in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical or Mechatronics for a technical role.

Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with salary up to SGD 4,500, commensurate with experience. You will develop technical solutions tailored to customer requirements, provide technical consultations and product demonstrations, conduct testing and root-cause analysis, assist warranty and quality issues, liaise with manufacturers, support sales with technical input,

Formación

• Diploma and above in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical or Mechatronics relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop technical solutions tailored to customer requirements, conduct feasibility assessments to validate applications.
• Provide technical consultation, product demonstrations, and ongoing support to customers and internal teams.
• Perform product testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and conduct root cause analysis to improve product reliability.
• Manage warranty claims, investigate product quality issues, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Liaise with manufacturers and principals on technical issues and product improvements.
• Support sales teams with technical expertise, presentations, and product recommendations to drive business growth.
• Conduct product training and share technical knowledge with customers and internal stakeholders.

Educación

Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical or Mechatronics relevant field
