ZEN CAREER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Diploma-qualified engineer to develop technical solutions tailored to customer requirements at our Hillview site.

You will conduct feasibility assessments, provide product demonstrations, and offer ongoing support to customers and internal teams. The role involves product testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to improve reliability, plus handling warranty claims and collaborating with manufacturers on improvements.

Formación

• Diploma and above in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical or Mechatronics relevant field.

• Manage warranty claims, investigate product quality issues, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Liaise with manufacturers and principals on technical issues and product improvements.
• Support sales teams with technical expertise, presentations, and product recommendations to drive business growth.
• Conduct product training and share technical knowledge with customers and internal stakeholders.

Educación

Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical or Mechatronics

Basic information:

Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm

Salary up to $4,500 (will commensurate based on experience)

Location: Hillview
