Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a technically adept engineer to provide support for equipment and systems, perform installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance, and address customer inquiries with a focus on quality and ISO-compliant procedures.

Based near Lentor MRT in Singapore, the role supports project teams and site servicing tasks. Applicants should hold an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) and have experience in preparing ISO-compliant workflow

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering required.
• Experience in preparing project workflow procedures to ensure ISO compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and systems.
• Carry out installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site visits for servicing and troubleshooting.
• Prepare service and technical reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, customers and suppliers.
• Support project and engineering teams when required.
• Preparing project workflow procedures to ensure ISO standards compliance.

• Working hours: Monday – Friday | 8.30am – 6.15pm
• Salary: $3500 - $4000
