Job summary

RRecruiter is actively seeking a Mechanical Engineering professional in Singapore to review designs for manufacturability, coordinate cross-functional teams, and develop MPI workflows.

You will provide technical support during manufacturing, installation, and commissioning, train site teams, and work with operations and suppliers to meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with specs.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automation tooling and control engineering.
• Knowledge of workflow design and implementation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review system and component designs for manufacturability and completeness.
• Coordinate with customers, design engineers, purchasing, and planning to maintain BOMs and update SAP.
• Develop workflows and Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI).
• Provide technical support for manufacturing, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Support project engineers with customer technical discussions and quotations.
• Train and support site installation teams in resolving technical issues.
• Work with operations and suppliers to resolve technical issues and meet customer requirements.
• Ensure systems comply with customer specifications and acceptance criteria.
