Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is looking for a Drafter in Singapore to create and manage CAD drawings. You will prepare technical drawings using AutoCAD, ensure compliance with drafting standards, and provide support to project teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in the building and construction industry, with a strong proficiency in MEP drawing and familiarity with Revit being advantageous. This is a permanent position with working hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a 2D CAD Drafter within the building and construction industry.
• Strong proficiency in MEP drawing, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Revit for the design and coordination of MEP systems will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Use AutoCAD software to prepare technical drawings.
• Ensure all CAD drawings comply with established quality and drafting standards.
• Revise and update drawings based on design mark‑ups, comments, and project specifications.
• Verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
• Convert hand sketches and manual drawings into detailed CAD drawings.
• Interpret and analyze mechanical, process, and engineering drawings and design documentation.
• Develop and apply effective drafting processes, work methods, and technical strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all project drawings are kept up to date.
• Prepare shop drawings, as‑built drawings, and coordinated MEP and engineering drawings for project execution.
• Track and manage revisions, ensuring the latest versions of project drawings are maintained.
• Provide prompt technical support and drafting solutions to project teams.
• Attend project coordination meetings and contribute technical input when required.
• Prepare engineering documentation and drawing packages for submission to clients and end users.
