Job summary

Entry-level candidates with a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in electrical, electronic, material or physics are welcome, with 2–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in electrical, electronic, material or physics fields, with 2–3 years related experience
• Structural and process integration knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of fabrication processes, probe, backend and reliability implications preferred
• Understanding of statistical process controls
• Understanding of basic device physics in deciphering product performance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good data compilation, statistical analysis and reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with process and quality teams to improve yield and reliability
• Communicate module related issues to Fab engineering and leadership teams
• Develop processes with Process Engineers to maximize efficiency
• Optimize current processes to improve manufacturability, yield and product performance
• Coordinate with product engineering and process teams to resolve yield and quality issues
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve fab process, yield and quality
• Collect and interpret complex data to optimize Fab processes and increases yields
• Engage and/or lead cross-area engineering teams to solve process issues
