The candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable handling large datasets and eager to learn freight procurement processes. This position involves verifying transit information, compiling rates, preparing routing guides, and ensuring timely RFQ delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Verify transit times and routing information for air and ocean freight RFQs.
• Support strategic account preparation and carrier solution validation.
• Map awarded lane volumes against actual performance.
• Compile and maintain awarded selling rates.
• Prepare routing guides for awarded lanes.
• Review and validate large volumes of air and ocean freight routing data.
• Support the team in meeting multiple RFQ deadlines.
• Assist with other freight procurement and data-related activities as required.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of routing and freight data.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
