The Data & Reporting Analyst will support the global commercial team by preparing logistics reports, analysing operational and commercial data, and providing insights to improve shipment visibility, service performance, and freight-cost management within marine ship-spares operations.
Collect, consolidate, and validate shipment, freight-cost, and operational data from multiple sources.
Prepare and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Monitor key metrics, including shipment volumes, freight spend, transit times, service levels, and operational exceptions.
Identify trends, variances, and data-quality issues, and communicate relevant findings to stakeholders.
Support commercial activities such as customer reporting and performance reviews.
Assist with the automation and standardisation of reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Work with operations, account owners, and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely information.
Support continuous-improvement initiatives through data analysis and practical recommendations.
Degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, IT, or a related field.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other reporting tools is an advantage.
Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with data from multiple sources and present information clearly.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage but not essential. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
