Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other reporting tools is an advantage.
• Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with data from multiple sources and present information clearly.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
• Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage but not essential. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and validate shipment, freight-cost, and operational data from multiple sources.
• Prepare and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Monitor key metrics, including shipment volumes, freight spend, transit times, service levels, and operational exceptions.
• Identify trends, variances, and data-quality issues, and communicate relevant findings to stakeholders.
• Support commercial activities such as customer reporting and performance reviews.
• Assist with the automation and standardisation of reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Work with operations, account owners, and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely information.
• Support continuous-improvement initiatives through data analysis and practical recommendations.
