HAROLD CONSULTANCY is seeking a Temporary APAC A&O Team member in Singapore to support air and ocean freight procurement activities. The role focuses on RFQ data validation, routing checks, rate compilation, and routing guide preparation.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable handling large datasets and eager to learn freight procurement processes. This position involves verifying transit information, compiling rates, preparing routing guides, and ensuring timely RFQ delivery

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with large datasets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Able to work independently and meet multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable with repetitive but important data validation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Verify RFQ data and routing information for air and ocean freight.
• Compile rates and prepare routing guides for awarded lanes.
• Map volumes against performance and maintain datasets.
• Support RFQ deadlines and data-related activities.
• Assist with freight procurement data validation as required.
