DE HYGIENIQUE (ASIA) PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on Technician to join our Singapore operations. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a technical role and basic electrical knowledge, with a willingness to learn our cleaning processes and operate a range of cleaning machines.

In this role you will work with the Operations team, service and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance and keep servicing records, ensuring safe operation and minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical knowledge is required.
• Hands-on experience servicing or repairing electrical or mechanical equipment.
• Willing to perform cleaning duties and learn operating processes.
• Practical, hands-on and able to troubleshoot problems independently.
• Experience with cleaning machines, vacuum equipment, extraction machines, pumps or similar equipment would be an advantage.
• Able to work well with different team members.
• Relevant NITEC, Higher NITEC or technical certification would be an advantage.
• Class 3 driving licence would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Operations teams to perform carpet, mattress and upholstery cleaning duties.
• Understand how cleaning machines are used on-site and identify operational or equipment-related problems.
• Service, maintain, troubleshoot and repair cleaning machines and equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to minimise breakdowns and downtime.
• Replace faulty parts and carry out electrical/mechanical repairs where appropriate.
• Test machines after servicing or repair to ensure they are safe and functioning properly.
• Maintain basic servicing and repair records.
• Assist in sourcing spare parts and evaluating new equipment when required.
• Perform other Operations duties when required.

TECHNICIAN - CLEANING MACHINES & EQUIPMENT

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Technician with at least 3 years of continuous employment in a relevant technical role. The candidate should have basic electrical/mechanical knowledge, be willing to work closely with the Operations team, and learn the company's cleaning processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Working Hours

Normal working hours are approximately 8:00am to 6:00pm , subject to daily job schedules and operational requirements. Longer working hours may be required during peak periods.
