Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Patient Service Associate to join our clinics in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact, handling front desk inquiries, cashiering, and providing essential admin and logistical support.

Rotating locations include Parkway East Hospital (Mainly) and Mount E Orchard when required. Work hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm with Saturday 8:30am–1:00pm; at least 1 year in a clinic is required, and Plato software is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant clinic experience.
• Experience with Plato software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Patient Service Associate at one of our clinics.
• Handle front desk inquiries and cashiering.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the clinic.
• Ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
• Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.

• $2000 - $3300 (depend on exp)
