Qualifications

• Prior kitchen or F&B experience would be an advantage.
• Able to prepare food accurately and consistently.
• Good personal hygiene and commitment to kitchen cleanliness.
• Open to learning different culinary techniques and working with a variety of ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to established recipes and SOPs.
• Check ingredients for quality and spoilage.
• Learn essential kitchen techniques, including knife handling, cleaning, peeling and cutting.
• Clean ovens, refrigerators, storage areas and kitchen equipment.
• Collect storeroom items according to approved requisitions.
