Job summary

Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Banking (Crédit Agricole CIB) in Singapore seeks an Application Support Analyst to join the Capital Market IT team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related major.
• 1–3 years experience in relevant activities, and ITIL knowledge.
• Good understanding of Linux/UNIX and SQL.
• Working knowledge of Python and/or Shell scripting (PowerShell a plus).
• Hands-on exposure to AWS, particularly EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS/Aurora and CloudWatch. AWS certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 application support for AWS and Big Data-based applications, monitoring health, batch jobs and data pipelines, and troubleshooting issues using logs, monitoring tools and SQL.
• Resolve incidents swiftly, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and proactively identifying workarounds to minimize user impact.
• Handle user requests promptly, prioritizing by urgency and impact, escalating when necessary while remaining the primary point of contact.
• Serve as a communication bridge between IT and business stakeholders, providing timely updates to users, senior management and IT teams throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Develop basic Python/Shell automation, participate in testing and CI/CD activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with development, cloud, data and business teams to resolve incidents and propose sustainable solutions for recurring issues.
• Follow ITIL-based and CMI Run processes for incident, problem and change management, maintaining technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures.
