Job summary

AKA Asia, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Junior Campaign Executive in Singapore to orchestrate integrated campaigns across social, digital, and content platforms. You’ll bridge client management, creative execution, and social strategy, driving end-to-end delivery and staying on the pulse of platform trends.

You will guide social-first thinking, manage standard account functions, and collaborate across hubs to deliver culturally relevant and on-brand outputs.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome with internship exposure in social media, digital marketing, advertising, account management, or campaign execution.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok and Instagram and interest in digital trends, content and online culture.
• Interest in social media strategy and digital storytelling, with the ability to contribute ideas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support client and stakeholder interactions.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities to manage multiple deliverables and timelines.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced campaign environment.
• Able to take feedback positively and apply changes quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Craft strategies by translating brand objectives into social media and digital campaign plans across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.
• Lead and contribute to brainstorms with a strong point of view on social strategy and campaign planning.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycles, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables within budget.
• Collaborate across agency hubs and guide junior team members in strategic thinking and creativity.
• Manage day-to-day client communications, advising on best practices and staying on-brand.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns.
