Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Sociology, or related field.
• 5–7 years in strategic planning with a focus on social media, digital strategy, or integrated communications.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social-first and integrated campaigns.
• Strong writing, briefing, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level strategic counsel to clients on social-first campaigns.
• Lead development of social-first strategies across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights and audience behaviors.
• Collaborate with creative, social, and analytics teams to ensure work stays on strategy.
• Lead client pitches and manage strategic components of day-to-day accounts.
