Job summary

EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a PMO/Change Manager to coordinate small CRs, budget resources, and serve as the main point of contact for business needs.

You will liaise with IT delivery teams, capture requirements, and support governance with cost reviews and value reports. Ideally 3–5 years in a Finance institution, with strong Excel, macros, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and JIRA skills. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Finance/Engineering/Data Science is required.
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a Finance Institution.
• Strong communication skills, able to work under pressure and independently.
• Experience in PMO, system analysis and working with IT delivery teams.
• Proficient with MS Excel, including macros, PowerPoint and SharePoint, and JIRA.
• Good data analysis skills and fast learner attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage small changes (CRs) and budget ring-fenced resources for Innovation Group.
• Serve as single point of contact for business needs and coordinate stakeholders for changes.
• Capture requirements from business users and upload into eRequest system.
• Collaborate with system analysts to obtain effort estimates for changes.
• Review cost quotations with business users for prioritisation.
• Prepare governance presentations for approvals.
• Prepare updates and value realization reports for PSC.
• Support departmental admin tasks: onboarding/offboarding, schedule key meetings, prepare decks, dashboards, and training arrangements.
