Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD invites applications for a Woodleigh Junior AV Specialist on a 6-month contract. The role oversees setup and operation of sound, projection and computer systems for campus events, with duties including inventory audits and AV maintenance.

The successful candidate will guide staff in using AV resources, monitor safety and compliance in theatre venues, and assist with procurement and best practices. Working hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm, starting 21 September onwards.

Responsibilities

• Communicate, plan, setup and operate sound systems, projectors & computer systems for campus events.
• Maintain and update AV inventory records and conduct regular audits.
• Monitor service requests for AV assistance and AV venue bookings.
• Coordinate repairs and commissioning of new AV systems.
• Guide teaching staff to use AV resources.
• Maintain the integrity, security and availability of AV systems.
• Assist with evaluation and procurement of AV equipment.

Woodleigh Junior AV Specialist

$2200-$2250/month

8.30am to5.30pm

Commencementof role: 21 September onwards

• Communicate,plan, setup and operate sound systems, projectors & computer systems forevents on campus that requires AV (Eg.Friday Concerts, Graduations, Marketing Events, Student Council Events, PTAEvents, Etc.).


• Maintain andupdate AV inventory records and conduct regular audits.


• Monitorservice request for AV assistance/setup and AV Venue bookings (Eg. Assemblyportable speaker and TV Setup)


• Coordinate,repairs, and commissioning new AV systems


• Guideteaching staff to use AV resources when required.


• Maintain theintegrity, security and availability of AV systems.


• Manage healthand safety regulations within the theatre & AV managed venues.


• Performperiodical maintenance of AV equipment within the theatre (Eg. LED Wall, AudioConsole & DSP, Lighting Bulbreplacement)


• Providefeedback, research and recommend AV best practices within the school.


• Assist withthe evaluation and procurement of AV equipment


• Administrative task set by the AV & theatre Manager


• Perform otherduties as assigned by AV & Theatre Manager
