MNC Electronics Company in the Central Area of Singapore is seeking a technically skilled professional with a Diploma in Engineering to support product information, applications, and problem diagnosis. You will perform application testing, troubleshoot customer setups, and contribute to process improvements.

Fresh graduates are welcome and there are opportunities to assist sales with technical presentations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Familiar with HMI programming.
• Familiar with communication protocols such as Serial, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, and EIP.

Responsabilités

• Provide information concerning products, applications, and problem diagnosis accurately.
• Conduct product application testing and troubleshooting on customers' applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency within the department.
• Assist sales representatives with technical client presentations.
