MNC Electronics Company in Central Area, Singapore is seeking an Assistant Application Engineer to support product applications, diagnose issues, and provide technical information to customers. The role offers monthly salary range of SGD 3,000 to SGD 3,500 plus bonus and benefits, with opportunities to contribute to product testing and field support.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Engineering, have 1–3 years of related experience (fresh graduates welcome), and are familiar with HMI

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering required.
• 1–3 years related experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Familiar with HMI programming.
• Familiar with communication protocols (Serial, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, EIP etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide information concerning products, applications, and problem diagnosis accurately.
• Conduct product application testing and troubleshooting on customers' applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency within the department.
• Assist sales representatives with technical client presentations.
