Job summary

SGX FX SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Junior Customer Success Manager to join our APAC team.

This role offers a pathway to build a career in financial technology, institutional FX, and client relationship management. You will learn to support relationships with institutional clients across APAC, gain familiarity with BidFX and MaxxTrader, and collaborate with Product and Technical Support to onboard new clients and resolve queries.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
Willingness to learn and develop in customer success and technology.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised with strong attention to detail; able to manage priorities.
Proactive, dependable, and willing to own responsibilities.
Comfortable learning new systems and working with technology.
Able to travel across APAC when required.

Responsibilities

Support the Customer Success team in managing relationships with institutional FX clients across APAC.
Develop understanding of clients’ workflows and use of BidFX and MaxxTrader platforms.
Assist with onboarding and coordinate with internal teams for implementations.
Provide ongoing client support and resolve queries with Product and Technical Support.
Monitor client activity, platform adoption, and engagement; highlight trends.
Support client training, account reviews, and onsite visits as needed.
Build trusted client relationships and gradually take ownership of accounts.
Maintain accurate client records and communicate with stakeholders.
Contribute to team initiatives, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
