Job summary

SGX FX SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Client Onboarding and Customer Success professional to lead onboarding projects for institutional FX clients across APAC. You will coordinate trainings and implementations, ensuring clients derive value from our solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams, configuring initial setups, monitoring progress, and eventually managing a portfolio of accounts. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding, implementation, project management, customer success, financial services, or technology.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead new client onboarding projects from project kick-off to go-live.
• Coordinate and deliver client training sessions.

• Client-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience within financial markets, fintech, or electronic trading environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of FX markets, eFX platforms, BidFX, MaxxTrader, FIX protocols, or APIs would be beneficial.
