SGX FX is seeking a motivated Junior Customer Success Manager to join our APAC team. This role offers the chance to grow a career in financial technology and institutional FX client management.

Experience in customer success or FX is not essential; a strong willingness to learn and a client-focused mindset are key. You will train on BidFX and MaxxTrader and collaborate with Sales, Product and Technical Support.

Qualifications

• Strong willingness to learn and grow within customer success, financial markets and technology.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Mandarin or other APAC language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Success team in managing relationships with institutional FX clients across APAC.
• Develop understanding of clients’ workflows and uses of BidFX and MaxxTrader.
• Assist with onboarding and coordinate with internal teams for implementations.
• Provide ongoing client support and collaborate with Product and Technical Support.
• Monitor client activity and platform adoption; highlight trends for follow-up.
• Support client training, account reviews and onsite visits.
• Build trusted relationships with day-to-day contacts and take ownership of accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and product adoption.
• Maintain accurate client records and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge of institutional FX markets and trading workflows.
