Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Customer Experience Executive (AI & Engagement) in Singapore. This role focuses on delivering premium experiences through proactive engagement and strong customer relationships. You will support loyalty programs and use AI tools to boost efficiency across global markets.

Working hours are 10am–6pm, five days a week, on Henderson Road (Tiong Bahru). Training is provided; prior CX, marketing, or customer service background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT is preferred.
• Background in customer service, marketing or customer experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized and premium customer experience through proactive engagement.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through various communication channels.
• Plan and execute customer appreciation and engagement initiatives.
• Support and manage customer loyalty and ambassador programs.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
