Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or LCCI equivalent required.
• More than 3 years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Good communication and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier payments and staff claims.
• Input transactions into accounting system.
• Update cash book and perform bank reconciliations.
• Close monthly management reports and update audit schedules.
• Prepare breakdown of expenses and quarterly billings.
• Prepare quarterly forms and filing.
• Administrative support for finance department.
• Attend bank KYC/AML processes.
• Handle ad hoc tasks.
