Job summary

DH BIZ CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Junior Accounts Executive to manage full-set accounting, GST and Singapore corporate income tax matters for a diverse client portfolio. You will handle AP/AR/GL, perform bank reconciliations, and prepare regular financial reports.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in accounting or related field, with GST filing experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; proficiency in Excel and accounting software is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related field is required.
• Knowledge of full-set accounting and Singapore GST is essential.
• Experience with GST filing and full-set accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) for client portfolio.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accounting schedules.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly accounts and financial reports.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns (GST Form 5).
• Assist with year-end closing and account finalisation.
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
• Prepare Singapore corporate income tax computations and filings.
• Liaise with clients on accounting, GST and tax matters.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR and General Ledger
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accounting schedules
• Prepare monthly/quarterly accounts and financial reports
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns (GST Form 5)
• Assist with year-end closing and account finalisation
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors
• Prepare Singapore corporate income tax computations and tax filings
• Liaise with clients on accounting, GST and tax matters
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents

Requirements:
