Job summary

INSPIRE HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a reliable Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts in Singapore. You will handle month-end and year-end closings, prepare financial statements, and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

The role requires 2-3 years of experience, knowledge of SFRS, GST and IRAS, and hands-on use of Xero/QuickBooks/MYOB/SAP. Payroll duties and CPF submissions may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance (LCCI Level 3 or ACCA welcome).
• 2-3 years' experience handling full set of accounts.
• Good knowledge of SFRS, GST and IRAS requirements.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software(e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB or SAP).
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Meticulous, organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including GL, AR, AP and fixed assets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing, including accruals, prepayments and journal entries.
• Prepare bank, intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Process supplier payments and monitor customer collections.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns to IRAS.
• Assist with corporate tax computation and liaise with tax agents.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
• Handle payroll processing and CPF submissions (if required).
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and ensure compliance with SFRS.
• Support ad hoc finance projects and reporting as assigned.
