Job summary

ARC MARINE PTE LTD is seeking an entry-level Accounts Associate to support day-to-day accounting tasks in Singapore. The role involves handling accounts payable and receivable using our in-house software, reconciling supplier invoices against statements, and settling discrepancies to ensure smooth payments.

You will also invoice for completed supplies, communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve issues, and generate periodic reports as required.

Qualifications

• Entry level with Principle of Accounts or CAT welcome to apply.
• Must have Accounting background.
• Willing to work at office located near Tuas West Road MRT.

Responsibilities

• Perform AP and AR using in-house software.
• Reconcile suppliers invoices against statement of accounts.
• Settle discrepancies for smooth payments.
• Perform invoicing for completed supplies.
