Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process emails, print and sort invoices and credit notes.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) processing and daily payment preparation.
• Prepare payment vouchers and monthly bulk payments.
• Perform credit card and petty cash reconciliations.
• Perform data entry for AP transactions and journals.
• Maintain proper filing of vendor invoices, credit notes and supporting documents.
• Assist with AR invoice scanning, filing and GST submission preparation.
• Maintain staff attendance, leave and medical claim records, and support the Finance team with ad-hoc tasks.
