Job summary

SWIFT INTEGRATED LOGISTICS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Accounting Assistant to support AP & AR, daily transaction recording, and month-end closings in Singapore. You will liaise with vendors, reconcile accounts, and maintain orderly filing while handling GST matters. Entry-level candidates welcome; willing to learn and grow in a contract role.

Working hours are 0800-1730, Mon-Fri, in the Joo Koon area. This 6-month contract offers practical exposure to a busy finance team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in accounting functions (AP & AR).
• Recording daily financial transactions to maintain proper and accurate accounting records.
• Assist in the process of monthly closing, audit, bank reconciliation and GST matters.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely processing of the payment cycle for the vendor invoices.
• Liaise with vendors for statements of accounts (SOA) and reconciliation of vendors' statements and balances.
• Maintain proper filing system of all documentation/records files.
• Bank related duties.
• Any other adhoc finance duties assigned by the superior
