Hiring: Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant (Full-Time)

Location: Jalan Besar, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, Weekends & Public Holidays Off

Salary: S$3,500+ (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial schedules
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and reconciliationLiaise with banks and Head Office on finance-related matters
• Monitor payments, collections, and debtor balances
• Support budgeting and financial analysis
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
• Perform other ad hoc accounting and finance duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Accounting or finance experience preferred
