WAGEWORTH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Account Executive to join the Finance team. The role emphasizes careful data entry, multi-tasking, and timely financial reporting in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to work independently, and possess strong MS Office skills, with preference for CPA/CPA-firm experience and knowledge of QuickBooks Online or Xero.

Qualifications

• NITEC or professional certification or higher.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience, CPA firm a plus.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Location: Singapore

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance team.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume, fast-paced data entry for accounting and bookkeeping
• Handle all types of accounting jobs across diverse industries.
• Prepare and submit tax return/GST return for clients.
• Timely preparation of client's accounts and financial reports to avoid late lodgement with ACRA & IRAS etc.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
• Multi-tasking and work independently with self initiative.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

• NITEC or Professional Certification/Certificate and above
• Minimum 2 years experiences (Preferably in CPA firm) is a plus
• Ability to manage full set accounts and meet data entry performance targets (e.g. transaction processing volume per hour)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Online, Xero)
• Experience with HR software (e.g. Talenox) is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary
