Job summary

Fuku by Momofuku in Singapore seeks an HR professional to set up new entities, handle regulatory HR matters, and partner with business leaders on people initiatives. The ideal candidate should know Singapore HR compliance including CPF, MOM, IRAS, MAS and payroll obligations.

You will oversee onboarding, employee relations, performance management and policy implementation, ensuring processes are audit-ready and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR experience with operations, compliance and payroll.
• Experience setting up new entities and building HR processes from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore HR regulations (CPF, MOM, IRAS).
• Experience collaborating with cross-regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, offboarding, and policy implementation.
• Support the setup of new entities, including employment documentation, HR policies, benefits, and lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with MAS regulations and Singapore statutory requirements, including CPF, MOM, and IRAS matters.
• Manage HR documentation, employee records, and audit-ready processes in line with regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Regional HRBPs on workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR advisory matters.
• Provide practical HRBP support to managers on people-related issues, performance, and team structuring.
• Liaise with internal compliance, legal, and external vendors or authorities where required.
• Apply working knowledge of payroll processes and statutory submissions to support regulatory compliance and resolve payroll-related matters.

Requirements

• Proven HR hands-on experience in the above mentioned
• Experience in setting up new entities and building HR processes from scratch.
• Good knowledge of Singapore HR regulatory and statutory requirements, including CPF, MOM, and IRAS.
• Working knowledge of payroll processes and statutory obligations for compliance and regulatory matters.
• Strong HR operational knowledge with some exposure to business partnering.
• English and Mandarin proficiency are required due to cross-regional collaboration with chinese speaking stakeholders.
