EXCELTECH COMPUTERS PTE. LTD. seeks a Jira Service Management (JSM) Specialist-DevSecOps to lead JSM deployments near Jurong, Singapore. You will configure workflows, SLAs and service requests, and drive automation and integrations with other applications to streamline IT services.

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience implementing Jira Service Management (JSM).
Experience delivering JSM implementation projects with clearly defined responsibilities.
Knowledge of JSM configuration, workflows, automation, SLAs, and service request management.
Experience developing automation solutions and integrating JSM with other applications.
Strong understanding of Jira administration and ITSM processes.
