Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced ITSM/JSM Implementation Engineer to design, implement and migrate a modern IT Service Management platform using Jira Service Management. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, automation and integration across enterprise systems.

You will redesign workflows, configure JSM, and support migrations from on-premise to cloud environments while collaborating with technical teams to deliver a streamlined ITSM operating model.

Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation and configuration of Jira Service Management (JSM).
• Experience redesigning ITSM workflows, service portals, forms and SLAs.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request.

Responsibilities

• Assess the existing Jira Service Management environment including workflows and automations.
• Design, configure and implement the ITSM solution using JSM.
• Implement and enhance ITSM processes (Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge).
• Configure JSM portals, forms, workflows, queues, approvals, SLAs and notifications.
• Review and simplify legacy workflows; automate where possible.
• Migrate configurations and data from JSM Server/Data Center/on-premise to cloud/modern environment.
• Develop integrations with Jira, Confluence, GitLab and other systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Create workflow automations and business rules to reduce manual tasks.
• Support testing, migration validation, cutover and post-implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide operational documentation and knowledge transfer.
