Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore is seeking a Jewelry Marketing and Merchandising Assistant to support the marketing and merchandising teams in day-to-day coordination of jewelry activities across SEA markets. You will handle stock management, boutique requests, order and shipment follow-up, and contribute to marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include acting as the central point for boutique jewelry stock inquiries, managing SAP stock transfers and updates, coordinating PLV transfers,

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Collaborates well across departments and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for boutique jewelry stock enquiries, coordinating requests with relevant teams.
• Manage SAP activities, including stock transfers, order cancellations, enquiries and daily stock updates.
• Coordinate PLV transfers and special stock requests, ensuring accurate allocation and timely follow-up.
• Monitor shipments, defective products and discrepancy cases, liaising with boutiques and Regional Customer Service.
• Coordinate with internal and regional teams to resolve stock, order and delivery-related matters.
• Support marketing and commercial activities, including training materials, GIA certificates, launches and boutique animations.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing and Merchandising teams across SEA.
