Job summary

• Minimum 5 years of luxury jewelry retail experience.
• Strong storytelling and presentation capabilities.
• Gemology knowledge and craftsmanship understanding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences reflecting Hermès standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with VIC and high-potential clients.
• Partner with Sales Associates to identify and retain jewelry clients.
• Coach Sales Associates through on-the-floor training and product education.
• Represent the Jewelry métier in local activations, events, and PR initiatives.
